Outcome STUDENT LEARNING OUTCOME: Student staff and interns will be invited to participate in workshops that may include career panels, networking opportunities with alumni, time management, non-violent communication, restorative justice, program budget management, supervisory skills, communication/presentation skills and diversity, equity and inclusion training. Student staff and interns, will learn how to manage program budgets, develop communication and presentation skills, and gain opportunities to develop their leadership skills.
Benchmark 90% of program participants will be able to showcase their presentation skills and program planning skills by hosting at least 1 event during the academic year.
