Outcome |
RE-ASSESSING 2022-23 (EVENT SERVICES): Students participating in The Level Up Program as a Reservation Specialist will learn and demonstrate proficiency with event intake and management systems; learn and demonstrate proficiency with event diagramming software; and learn and demonstrate proficiency with DocuSign for managing electronic event agreements. Students will also demonstrate proficiency in Student Affairs’ Learning Dimensions one through four (Problem Solving; Professionalism; Teamwork; Communication). This combined with approximately nine hours of mandatory UC-employee training will prepare the students for success in their current role and prepare them for promotion to Level 3 of the four-level program.

Benchmark |
With changes planned for student development and training activities, we will evaluate how well these changes are reflected in the Level Up Program software and whether each student participating in the program completes 100% of all training assigned.
–All students will complete approximately 9 hours of mandatory UCLC training.
–All students will complete the Student Center Approach to Quality Service (part of a UNIT PROGRAM assessment)
