Outcome |
The Immigrant Resilience Fellowship (IRF) is a retention scholarship focused program that helps program participants develop skills necessary to be academically successful.
UNIT OUTCOMES: Participants must meet quarterly with SOAR mentor fellows and develop an individual plan of action for academic success, attend a minimum of 7 LARC sessions or 4 writing tutoring sessions, attend professor office hours once per quarter, and meet once with an academic counselor.
STUDENT LEARNING OUTCOME: Student will develop self-efficacy and system of support to advocate for resources and develop self confidence in their ability to improve academic goals. |

75% of program participants will be able to identify four academic/social support services that they utilize at least three times throughout the academic year. |
