Outcome	Students who attend quarterly president 1:1 and biweekly President Council meetings will further develop a commitment of service to their SFL organization and enhance their communication, leadership and collaboration skills.
Benchmark	90% of SFL chapter presidents who attend their quarterly 1:1 meetings will demonstrate an understanding of resources provided by our office that contribute to organizational vision setting and development as a student leader. Chapter presidents will also be able to attest to the service hours/philanthropy completed by their chapter on a quarterly basis in the assessment form provided at 1:1 meetings.
