Outcome |
After working as a Peer Advisor at OAISC for three quarters, Peer Advisors will:
1. learn how to be a good presenter and speak about academic integrity and student conduct processes during programming and presentations
2. be able to explain and teach the Academic Integrity and Student Conduct process to students who attend their peer advisor meetings |
Benchmark |
Peer Advisors will be given a pre-test with free response questions and Likert scale questions to get a baseline of their knowledge. After the academic year has ended, Peer Advisors will be given a post-test during their exit interview to see if their performance has improved. 100% of the students in the program will be able to improve their score from the pre-test to the post-test. |
