Outcome Student Trip Leaders – As a result of going through the Student Trip Leader Training Course to become a trip leader in Outdoor Adventures students will gain valuable soft skills in self-confidence, self-awareness, sound judgement and risk management. This will be assessed via a survey to trip leaders at the end of the academic year.
Benchmark more than 80% of students will be able to report increased growth during the training program in the areas of self confidence, social skills and decision making.
