Outcome	Student Trip Leaders – As a result of going through the Student Trip Leader Training Course to become a trip leader in Outdoor Adventures students will gain valuable soft skills in self-confidence, self-awareness, sound judgement and risk management. This will be assessed via a survey to trip leaders at the end of the academic year.
Benchmark	over 80% of students will report increases in the development of their soft skills such as confidence, decision making and judgment.
