Outcome	ASSESSING 2022-23 Unit Outcome: We will assess client level of satisfaction working with our office, as well as individual overall well-being through the data from our quarterly surveys. We assume that clients will have a high level of satisfaction with our office, and will report improvement in their overall well-being after working with a Campus Social Worker.
Benchmark	85% of clients will either agree or strongly agree that their overall well-being has improved after working with the OCSW. 85% of clients will either agree or strongly agree that they are satisfied working with the OCSW.
