Outcome |
As a result of affiliating with the Cross Cultural Center, members of affiliated student organizations will become knowledgeable in event planning and collaboration by planning and executing programs with the CCC student and professional staff. These leadership development and administrative skills can be utilized beyond their university student years. |
Benchmark |
90% of student leaders that are a part of the CCCs affiliated student leaders will be able to:
1. Plan and execute intentional program planning to be used for their own personal events or those co-created with the CCC student/professional staff.
2. Identify other affiliated student leaders that may be different than their own which will help them engage with various identities. This, in turn, can enhance sense of belonging.
Toward the end of the school year, a survey with direct evidence will be utilized to measure this outcome. Questions will include topics such as: Did you plan a program with a different organization or the Cross-Cultural Center? Are you aware of the work it takes to plan a program/event? Please list the steps it takes to plan an event/program?
Please share flyers or advertising done for your event program. Social media posts are acceptable. |
