Outcome (LEARNING OUTCOME) During the 2024-2025 fiscal year, the UI/UX Design Team will focus on advancing a higher percentage of designers from Level 3 to Level 4. As part of the Level Up program, all designers will be required to take a Pre-Assessment test at the start of their employment. The objective is to promote at least 75% of eligible designers to Level 4 by the end of Q3, ensuring that they complete all required assessments, including the post-assessment, to track their growth and learning outcomes. This will allow us to collect and evaluate comprehensive data to further improve the effectiveness of the Level Up program for UI/UX designers.
Benchmark 75% of eligible UI/UX designers will be promoted from Level 3 to Level 4 by the end of Q3 or 4, and 100% of those promoted will complete their post-assessment test before the end of the fiscal year.
