Outcome	Presidents of the SFL community will attend quarterly President Council meetings and will learn strategies to collaborate with varying council groups, sororities, and fraternities at UCI and engagement opportunities with on/off campus stakeholders.
Benchmark	SFL chapter and council presidents will be given a pre-survey to assess the program and engagement of their respective chapters with other SFL organizations and on/off campus entities. A post-survey will look to have at least 50% of participants report on engagement activities with at least 2 other SFL organizations.
