Outcome |
(LEARNING OUTCOME) During the 2024-2025 fiscal year, the Tech team will redefine its training and quizzes to align with the evolving responsibilities of the team. This will involve updating the Leveling Document to reflect new training activities and required quizzes for all levels of employment. The primary objective will be to ensure that all Tech student employees are utilizing the Level Up software to track their progress through the newly defined levels of employment. The goal is for 100% of Tech student employees to actively use Level Up to log their progress with emphasis on leveling up (promoting to the next level) by the end of the fiscal year. |
Benchmark |
100% of Tech student employees will be set up in the Level Up software by the end of Q2, and 100% will have completed Level 1 requirements, which includes all UCLC requirements and all Basic tech training by the end of the fiscal year. |
