Outcome	Those participating as mentees in the LGBTQ mentoring program will feel more comfortable with their sexual orientation, gender expression, and/or gender identity as a result of participating in the LGBTQ Mentoring Program. This will assessed by the Mentee Mentoring Program Exit Survey.
Benchmark	80% of mentees who participated in the LGBTQ Mentoring program will feel more comfortable with their sexual orientation, gender expression, and/or gender identity as a result of their participation in the LGBTQ Mentoring Program.
