Outcome Program Title: Safezone & Allyship Training ● Program Description: The LGBTRC Safe Zone Training is a collection of offerings focused on the practice of allyship, developing a language around LGBTQQIA2SP+ issues and identities, and understanding how those social justice trends and issues impact across intersections of identity. Method of Assessment: · Pre & Post Assessments · Midpoint Assessment in Training Learning Outcomes: By Attending Safezone Sessions: · Participants will be able to demonstrate an understanding of the qualities of an ally. · Participants will be able to recognize issues and trends facing the LGBTQ+ Community.
