Outcome |
The Pathfinder Peer Educator Program will serve 40 students for the 2020-21 academic year that are either Low Income/First Generation through a peer-to-peer consultation model. The students will learn about resources at UCI that support the five areas of retention:
1. Social/Emotional & mental health supports
2. Campus Belonging
3. Professional/leadership development
4. Financial wellness
5. Academic supports |

The Pathfinder Peer Educator program will see a 75% knowledge increase program participants through a quiz to assess their knowledge of UCI campus resources and determine how they are utilizing those resources virtually in this academic year. |
