Outcome	After attending the Randy Lewis All-University Leadership Conference, student participants will begin to build stronger relationships with their peers, staff, and administrators through intentional events and activities throughout the weekend. This will be measured by post event surveys- quantitative and qualitative data. (We collect qualitative data during the conference to enhance understanding of student learning throughout the weekend of the conference.)
Benchmark	Over 75% of respondents who were student participants will connect with build new relationships with their peer student leaders, faculty and staff at the leadership conference.
