Outcome	ASSESSING 2023-2024 - The Womxns Center for Success will implement an evidence-informed student internship experience that supports learning, personal, and social development by June 2024.
Benchmark	Student Interns will create and give a 5-minute portfolio presentation to peers about their student internship experience that supports learning, personal, and social development. These portfolio presentations will be rated by professional staff on clarity, knowledge, and reflection of their internship experience using a rubric. 90% of the participants will score an average of 4 or better on a scale of 0 to 5.
