Outcome	Background: We rise ambassador program is a year long program for 10 undergraduates. It is a volunteer program that includes weekly meetings to gain professional and personal development skills. Students who participate in our We Rise Ambassador Program will integrate skills and practices that empower personal growth, as evidenced by increased confidence in presenting, knowledge on womxn's center, and program development.
Benchmark	80% of students who participate in our program will be able to list at least 3 ways they have increased their confidence in presenting, knowledge on womxn's center, and program development.
