Outcome	ASSESSING 2022-23: Create meaningful community connections, as evidenced by engaging in deep and critical conversations and reflections.
Benchmark	80% of participants at the EmpowerUS Summit ConnectUS Mentoring Program will have strongly agreed that they had engaged in deep and critical conversations and reflections throughout the activities and curriculum of the program, and 75% of participants will be able to mention at least 1 example of engaging in deep and critical conversations and reflections during their one on one interviews. Participants are staff, students, and faculty. I am assessing both mentors and mentees on the following: - they had engaged in deep and critical conversations and reflections throughout the activities and curriculum of the program - what can be better about the program - how can we improve so that they get what they want out of the program
