Outcome STUDENT LEARNING OUTCOME: Student staff and interns will be invited to participate in workshops that may include career panels, networking opportunities with alumni, time management, non-violent communication, restorative justice, program budget management, supervisory skills, communication/presentation skills and diversity, equity and inclusion training. Student staff and interns, will learn how to manage program budgets, develop communication and presentation skills, and gain opportunities to develop their leadership skills.
Benchmark 80% of SOAR student staff and interns will self-report through post surveys & a quiz knowledge acquisition of budget management, and interpersonal skill development around communication and diversity, equity and inclusion training by identifying different resources on campus and clearly identify the five areas of retention.
