Outcome	As a result of completing the Student Government Student Media Concierge Training Program in the beginning of the Winter Quarter 2020, Concierges will be able to demonstrate skills in time management, communication, and professionalism through observation of performance through the remaining Winter Quarter 2020 and receiving a minimum of a B average grade in specified areas of observation.
