Benchmark |
During the previous assessment period, we noted an opportunity to improve on the number of portfolio pieces and the number of mechanical (marketing assets) that were routed to each specialist. This assessment period will focus on recording those numbers more precisely for each individual team member (instead of an aggregated whole).
During the previous assessment period, a Pre Test (Skills Self Assessment) was assigned. This year, we expect to have Post Test assessments for comparison purposes, which will be used for evaluating the relevancy of assigned training activities. |
