Outcome	As a result of participating in the Office of Equal Opportunity and Diversity (OEOD) workshop, Field Supervisors will be able to demonstrate the key skills necessary to provide a supportive and safe working environment by identifying how they have applied the key skills to the workplace and their lives outside of work through the completion of a reflection response.
