Outcome	Program effort involves contacting all 1500 plus Black undergraduate and graduate students via phone with a follow-up email. Each apprentice director will be provided with the call script to ensure continuity and quality across exchanges; in the event that students are unavailable via telephone, the apprentice directors are instructed to leave a voice mail. Every phone call will be followed up with an email that includes a list of services and resources available as well as an invitation to reach out to the center director during his virtual office hours. Benchmark	Benchmarks: 90% of UCI's Black undergraduate and graduate students will be contacted via phone and email and 25% of those contacted via our Reach and Reconnect program will respond to our survey and acknowledge either having an awareness of the center services and resources or that they have utilized the center services and programs, or both.
