Outcome	Student leaders in our Affiliates Program will participate in community building by promoting opportunities and collaborations which will lead to broadening access and increasing retention. 80% of the affiliate organizations will have collaborated on 2 programs amongst each other or with the LRC. 80% of student leaders on the affiliate board will feel a strong sense of community with their peer organization leaders. 80% of student leaders will have obtained more resources and opportunities for their membership by participating on the Affiliates Board.
