Outcome Social media is one of the most effective ways to reach the current generation. The social media platforms of the DSC exist to promote awareness of global issues of intersectional identities, equity, and access. Social media student assistants will learn to explore social media platforms and create meaningful, relevant and accessible content. They will create, produce and post 10 TikTok videos, weekly Instagram posts and weekly Facebook posts.
Benchmark 100% of student assistants will be able to create meaningful, relevant and accessible social media content that will be measured by data collection of student product, pre-post test of student knowledge.
