Outcome	Club sport officers completing the online fall officer training will be able to achieve a greater understanding of club sport policy, guidelines, and expectations. Officers will be able to complete training at their own pace, resulting in more absorption of information. Officers will be familiarized with club sport resources.
Benchmark	After completion of the pre-assessment, training, and post-assessment, returning officers will earn at least a 90% on the post-assessment while new officers will earn at least an 80% on the post-assessment.
