Outcome |
Goal 1: Recruit approximately 15 RCO’s (audience) into the SOARing for Education Affiliation Program who will establish a relationship (behavior) with the SOAR center to receive mentorship and guidance (condition) to gain knowledge on best practices in implementing outreach and retention programs both on and off campus (demonstration).
Goal 2: SOAR student staff will be trained to implement & assess the needs of student leaders and organizations, facilitate monthly meetings addressing those needs, and to gather data to measure student learning outcomes. |
