Outcome Goal 1: Recruit approximately 15 RCO’s (audience) into the SOARing for Education Affiliation Program who will establish a relationship (behavior) with the SOAR center to receive mentorship and guidance (condition) to gain knowledge on best practices in implementing outreach and retention programs both on and off campus (demonstration). Goal 2: SOAR student staff will be trained to implement & assess the needs of student leaders and organizations, facilitate monthly meetings addressing those needs, and to gather data to measure student learning outcomes.
Benchmark Engage 75% of SOARing for Education Affiliates (audience) to learn how to identify and assess (behavior) RCO’s students’ needs and establish and implement (demonstration) 1 collective advocacy action item in the 2019-20 academic year.
