As a result of participating in the Anthology Yearbook program, students will be able to articulate their personal development in areas of leadership/engagement, time management/workflow, and publishing of the Anthology Yearbook, as demonstrated by completing reflection essays in each Academic Quarter (less Summer). |

Assessment Summary:
At the end of each Academic Quarter, students will be asked to answer six questions assessing their personal development in areas of leadership/engagement, time management/workflow, and publishing skills to assess students’ knowledge and growth about the various topics. Students will attend weekly meetings/workshops and complete projects focusing on various areas of publication time management/workflow, leadership/team-building, engagement through various communication means (in-person and online), online marketing, and production elements needed to publish a successful yearbook. |
