Outcome	Students who participate in the SFL New Member Education program will increase their knowledge of the risks and sanctions associated with hazing as well as the consequences from use of alcohol and other drugs (AOD).
Benchmark	90% of the 2023-2024 SFL new member class will take and complete the New Member Education program quiz and additionally be able to identify what consent is; reporting sources for hazing and OEOD/CARE.
