Outcome (LEARNING OUTCOME) In the 2024-2025 fiscal year, the Mobile Development Team will improve the consistency of progress tracking toward the completion of Level 3 quizzes and assessments. A structured system for bi-weekly check-ins will be implemented during sprint meetings to ensure that all team members are on track. The goal is for at least 75% of eligible team members to complete all required Level 3 quizzes by the end of Q2 through 3 and to promote 90% of eligible members to Level 4 by the end of Q4. This will be supported by improved tracking within the Level Up software to monitor each member's progress.
Benchmark 75% of eligible Mobile Development team members will complete all Level 3 quizzes and be ready for promotion to Level 4 by the end of Q2 through 3, and 90% will be promoted to Level 4 by the end of Q4.
