Outcome The SOARing for Education program will recruit and work closely with approximately 20 registered campus organization student leaders who will collectively learn about best practices in coordinating outreach and retention programs and engage in a critical education dialogue series to understand the importance of the recruitment, retention, and graduation rates for historically underrepresented students in post-secondary education institutions by research attainment rates for their program participants.
Benchmark 75% of SOARing for Education Affiliates will participate in the critical dialogue series in the 2020-21 academic year and complete a post survey documenting how they implemented the trainings/education into their respective organizations.
