Outcome |
Student employees will be provided on-site coaching and job training by the Dining Managers to increase their leadership skills, communication skills, and professional/personal skills. Skills learned will also be transferable to other aspects of their life outside of UCI or UCI Dining Services. Due to COVID19, this is contingent on dining locations being open and student employees returning back to campus. |
Benchmark |
10% of Dining's student employees who are currently working will show an increase in their leadership skills, communication skills, and professional/personal skills by the end of the academic year, which will be measured through a pre and post survey. Throughout the year, student employees will be provided support and on-site coaching and job training by the Dining Managers. |
