Outcome	Students participating in UCI Dining Sustainability Internship will gain experience in sustainability and how it relates to dining while also learning how sustainability impacts their daily lives.
Benchmark	Interns will participate in events throughout the quarter and would be responsible for promoting and providing information related to sustainability. In participating in the program, 100% of interns will define what sustainability is to them, expand on their communication skills, and provide feedback on how to improve the program for future internships.
