1:1 Interviews
Competency in the four Student Affairs Learning Dimensions is assessed with a pre-determined rubric. Students receive up to four points across each Dimension for a total of 16 possible points. This is done during 1:1 interviews with each student prior to promotion. Low scores may prohibit the student from promoting to the next level without specialized or additional training if helpful.
Checklist:
The Level Up Program is a learning management system that serves as a checklist of assigned training with a quiz builder.
Other:
Students participating at Level 3 must complete at least 300 hours of experience to be eligible for promotion to Level 4 of the four-level program. |
