Outcome |
Goal 1: Serve 75 students for the 2019-20 academic year that are either Low Income/First Generation through the Pathfinder Peer-to-Peer Consultation model.
Goal 2: Develop 7 Pathfinder Peer Educators with the skills, knowledge, and training to effectively coach/mentor Pathfinder Program Participants on how to identify student needs and connect them to the appropriate resources on campus. |
Benchmark |
Goal 1A: The pathfinder program will equip 75% of participants with the tools, skills, and resources to meet their needs and access information to help them thrive as students at UCI.
Goal 1B: 50% of participants will have followed up on their Individual plan of action by connecting to at least 1 campus resource and scheduling a follow up appointment.
Goal 2 A: 80% of Pathfinder Peer-Educators will be able to articulate the 5 areas of retention that SOAR emphasis. |
