Outcome Student employees whose first job is with Dining Services, will be provided on-site coaching and job training by the Dining Managers to increase their leadership skills, communication skills, and professional/personal skills. Skills learned will also be transferable to other aspects of their life outside of UCI or UCI Dining Services.
Benchmark 10% of Dining Student employees whose first job was held with Dining will exhibit professional growth and development in their leadership skills, communication skills, and professional/personal skills.
