Outcome (UNIT OUTCOME) During the 2024-2025 fiscal year, the Approach to Quality Service quiz will be migrated from Google to the Level Up Program software, centralizing more quizzes in one place. This migration will improve the user experience for both employees and administrators by streamlining the process of taking and monitoring quiz results. Administrators will be able to view pass/fail statuses for employees directly within the Level Up system. In addition, contingent upon improvements to the Level Up software (Unit Outcome #1), statistical data about quiz results will be displayed on a user-friendly dashboard for easier tracking and analysis.
Benchmark 100% of those who participated in the Approach to Quality Service quiz will have their pass/fail results recorded and visible within the Level Up system, allowing administrators to easily track completion and performance by the end of the 2024-2025 fiscal year.
