Outcome	Background: Affiliate program is a new program for student registered organizations. We meet once a quarter to discuss their plans for the year in regards to events and meetings. In meetings, we allow for collaborations and connections with one another. Students who participate in our Affiliate Program will be able to create meaningful community connections, as evidenced by engaging in deep and critical conversations and reflections.
Benchmark	At the end of our program, all students will be asked a few questions through one-on-one interviews including the following: 1. "Have you created meaningful community connections with others through this program?" 2. "Have you engaged in deep and critical conversations with this community?" 3. "Will you stay in touch with them? If so, how?" This last question will define meaningful community connections. 4. "In what ways could this program have made your ability to create meaningful community connections more efficient?" These questions allow them to reflect on the topic of creating meaningful community connections.
