Outcome The DREAM Project Fellowship (DPF) creates professional development opportunities for students who lack work authorization by bringing DPF fellows together with host sites for students to develop career aspirations and leadership skills.
Benchmark 95% of those who participate in the program will learn social theory, learn professional skills, and create a capstone presentation.
