Students who participate in the Green Captain Internship will increase their knowledge of how UCI Dining incorporates sustainability into the daily operations. Green Captains will review their dining locations and provide recommendations for improvements relating to Dining sustainability initiatives. |

100% of interns will be able to state at least one sustainable initiative their retail locations are performing. 80% of interns will also propose one sustainable initiative in their retail locations and successfully implement their initiatives. |
