Program or Event Program effort involves contacting all 1500 plus Black undergraduate and graduate students via phone with a follow-up email. Each apprentice director will be provided with the call script to ensure continuity and quality across exchanges; in the event that students are unavailable via telephone, the apprentice directors are instructed to leave a voice mail. Every phone call will be followed up with an email that includes a list of services and resources available as well as an invitation to reach out to the center director during his virtual office hours.
