CARE peer educators will develop problem-solving, decision-making, program/event coordination, and demonstrate an increase in knowledge of power-based violence dynamics and campus/community resources. , Both will be measured by evaluations and/or direct assessment by CARE staff. |

90% of students in the CARE peer education programs will receive a passing grade on a final exam, will pass the course and will receive approval to facilitate workshops or programs by CARE staff. |
