Outcome	(LEARNING OUTCOME) During the 2024-2025 fiscal year, Web Development team members at Level 3 will make continuous progress towards Level 4 by completing the necessary Level Up training activities and tests. Individual OKRs will be established for each team member, detailing the specific requirements for their progression to Level 4. Progress will be monitored during bi-weekly sprint meetings, with the objective of having 100% of Level 3 Web Development team members complete all Level 4 requirements by the end of the fiscal year. Regular check-ins and clear documentation will ensure that all team members stay on track for promotion to Level 4.
Benchmark	100% of Level 3 Web Development team members will complete all Level 4 requirements by the end of the fiscal year, with bi-weekly sprint meetings used to track progress.
