Outcome (LEARNING OUTCOME) During the 2024-2025 fiscal year, the Marketing team will update its training and quiz requirements to ensure that all Marketing students, regardless of any transfer to other teams, complete their necessary marketing training. A stretch goal will be the creation of a place for Marketing students to list their portfolio pieces in a centralized location within the Level Up software. The goal is for 100% of Marketing students to actively use Level Up to log their progress and showcase their portfolio pieces with emphasis on leveling up (promoting to the next level of employment) by the end of the fiscal year.
Benchmark 100% of Marketing students will be set up in the Level Up software by the end of Q2, and 100% will have completed Level 1 UCLC and Basic Marketing requirements and submitted at least one portfolio piece by the end of the fiscal year.
