Outcome As a results of participating in the Administrative Intern Program, interns will: (1) Improve in their ability to deliver high quality presentations (public speaking). (2) Improve in their ability to deliver high quality written communication. (3) Improve in their ability to identify and make use of their Gallup Strengths.
Benchmark 80% of the Mentors who are paired with our interns will: (1) Be confident in their intern's presentation and public speaking skills. (2) Be confident in their intern's written communication skills. (3) Understand their intern's Gallup Strengths, and be able to identify how the student used them in their internship. 80% of the Interns who are paired with our interns will: (1) Be confident in their presentation and public speaking skills.
