Outcome Students who complete 10 personal training sessions will see an improvement in muscular strength and muscular endurance. This improvement will be tested at the completion of the tenth personal training session.
Benchmark 100% of the students completing ten personal training sessions will increase their muscular strength and endurance as determined by fitness testing assessment.
