Outcome | As a result of actively engaging in a club sports officer role, student leaders of club sports will develop or strengthen skills in one or more of the following areas: officer leadership, roster size, fundraising, competitions, member retention, communication, member participation, alumni engagement, time management. Through an annual set of trainings, 4 leadership meetings, monthly 1:1 meetings, and daily interactions with fellow leaders, coaches, and peers, students will be able to reflect on the skills they have gained and the skills they want to continue developing. |
Benchmark | 75% of those who participated in club sports in an officer position and completed the end of year survey, will be able to identify 2-3 skills they have gained during their time as an officer, and 1-2 skills they hope to work on or continue strengthening. |
