Outcome As a result of actively engaging in a club sports officer role, student leaders of club sports will develop or strengthen skills in one or more of the following areas: officer leadership, roster size, fundraising, competitions, member retention, communication, member participation, alumni engagement, time management. Through an annual set of trainings, 4 leadership meetings, monthly 1:1 meetings, and daily interactions with fellow leaders, coaches, and peers, students will be able to reflect on the skills they have gained and the skills they want to continue developing.
Benchmark 75% of those who participated in club sports in an officer position and completed the end of year survey, will be able to identify 2-3 skills they have gained during their time as an officer, and 1-2 skills they hope to work on or continue strengthening.
