Outcome |
Participants in recreational activity classes (Martial Arts, Dance and Sports) will develop a mastery of skills related to the class topic. Participants will be encouraged to complete a 10 weeks course, averaging 2-4 hours per week. Classes will provide tools for items such as stress management, personal responsibility, and social development, which can positively influence academic and workplace performance. Upon the conclusion of the program, participants will receive a survey to evaluate their experience within the program, and overall enjoyment of working with instructors. |
