Outcome DSC student assistants and student drivers will be cross-trained two times per academic year to provide services and accommodations to DSC registered students through a social justice customer service lens focused on job skills, awareness, sensitivity, perspective and best practices
Benchmark 100% of those who participate in the training will be able to articulate the importance and also demonstrate culturally sensitive and relevant services to students, faculty, and staff interacting with the DSC in person, by telephone, email and other communications
